My ex has been wearing whitening things at the office for a half hour a day (they firt around his teeth, kind of like a mouth guard) He got them from the dentist. They worked, but the results didn't last very long, and this is the second time he's trying it. I think you're wasting your time so perhaps you should work on your sparkling personality.
