I work with many salesholes who do this to me all the time. Can anyone relate to how much I feel like this guy?

I have a coworker who does something similar. I'll say something and then he verifies it but will take more credit for verifying it than he gives me for coming up with it in the first place. He also steals projects assigned to me right out from under me.

Also, I hate him and believe he is still a virgin (at 33) and has no hope for remedying the situation.
