I wind up calling maybe on average once a month. E-mail maybe a couple times a year.

I podcast so it's hard to call, but I e-mail and call if Show Code dictates it.

I love to contribute to name that tune and I had an email read on the air about American Idol and how I unleashed hell on Ace Young.

I can only e-mail occasionally because what ends up happening is I wake up in the morning and am too busy trying to pump as much caffiene in my blood in the shortest amount of time possible to participate in the show at that point... then once i get to work we have like lead paint in the walls or something that blocks all radio signals, and of course all the webstreams are blocked by the server, so I podcast...and usually when i think of something interesting to e-mail about, in a later segment someone has already beat me to the punch
