Segments 2 & 3 are the same?

Is it just me or does this happen a litte too often. A segment is labled differently, but is the same as the segment before it. It happenned in todays podcast. Segments 2 & 3 are the same.

yep, i just noticed the same. the times are exactly the same for each segment.
