Plungee and I were talking about going to the event in Springfield, IL. I've attempted to contact WQLZ to find out when and where it is going to take place, but their email server was down this morning. I'll try again later unless somebody on the board might have the info. It would be about a 5 hour drive from us, and we were figuring it would probably be about the same from GR. We could have a little message board party. I think it would be awesome! Thoughts??

i'm 5 hours away from Springfield...and haven't the funds for hotels and gasoline sadly.....I could probably hitch hike up to GR for the next one though....

I'm in the same boat as Howie unfortunately. Probably will be gone most of the summer anyway starting in a little over a week.

I guess it all depends on when it is. I'm going to be gone from May 8 - middle of June to Arkansas. If it didn't conflict with that I would be down to split costs.

Wow, I just realized the wife and I may be driving back that weekend from visiting the family. If that is the case we actually drive right through that area. We'll see how it goes, hopefully we can make it.
