it's probably your blood sugar being low, not the hunger, that's making you shake. my dad is a diabetic and he gets the shakes from not eating. not saying you're a diabetic but the idea that you shake from hunger doesn't make sense.
'course maybe it really is from hunger and if that's the case- you're broken.
