Played it, so far at the night time levels, lack of sun a pain in the ass, got the seed that gets rid of tomb stones so thats helpful. This is probably the best way to go. build a good wall of the walnuts and have some nice firepower behind them, this could create paths for us to go about safely from one place to the other by making paths of these plants to fend off the zombies... best idea so far...
