Double-check in your iTunes preferences to see if maybe your download folder got changed somehow.

If you do email, though, please don't be nasty... remember what the guys said, if you attack right from the start, they're way more likely to say "f-off" and ignore you. Be courteous, a la Queenie.
That's what it sounds like to me, too. Yet another strike against the website developers. Thus far I am not impressed with them at all.
