What is going on with the new website?

Follow up...I emailed customer service about this, and their response was that perhaps my billing address was wrong. Again, I never signed up for anything with the new website, I shouldn't be getting charged. They clearly aren't aware of what's going on and admittedly I'm pretty concerned that this could get messy.
Sir, they're not going to allow you to...break the law
