What is going on with the new website?

I like the look of the new site. I like the audio and video players they have embedded. Wish the videos had captions, but that's not a huge deal.

If you go to the video archive page and put your mouse over the video, a short description will pop up. In the video reel, there are also captions. Hope this helps!
