I consider myself pretty fortunate because I can use both my artistic brain and my analytic brain relatively equally. I just happen to ENJOY the artistic side more. I've always been a writer, whether it's short stories, scripts, lyrics...whatever. I also adore photography and painting, though I'm saddened that I didn't get my paternal grandfather's gift for painting. I also enjoy guitar and a touch of piano, I can fake my way through the most elementary of drums, plus I played a little violin when I was a kid. I'd love to be able to play the saxophone. too. One of my dreams is to be that guy who can walk past just about any music store, see a display of any random instrument, and be able to play it.

Hey I tried to draw the picture as it was taken, when she smiles sometimes she bites her upper lip thus no upper lip there.

I can decorate cakes if that counts...

I did some work for the drama dept. while in high school... I can build a pretty mean stage!! I also did the lights and make up.

A jig is another word for a pattern. It usually is just a piece of wood with a hole drilled in it so that I can duplicate other holes drilled in to the carts I work on. However, sometimes they can be very elaborate like little pieces of art that I'm kinda proud of.

I love painting and drawing.

However I am truly horrific at it, so bad so I find it utterly unenjoyable.

I tried writing, but for me it's just too slow of a process. I'm not patient enough to be a decent writer. I've got several short stories and comic book scripts laying half finished (or less) on my desk top.

However, photography satisfies both my artistic and creative side, and my lack of patience.

I drew a liger once. It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic.
