A guy I work with has practiced martial arts for many years. I showed him the lame self defense video posted on the main page of fb&hw.com. He said that he actually has that video and the two guys in the video were trained by the military. He also said that the techniques were legit also. I believed him when he grabbed my arm and pressed his finger down my wind pipe just like the guy shows in the video. I immediately went to the floor due to the excruciating pain. At first I thought the video was lame but now I believe it's 100% legit.
