As far as the FBHW website. Make sure you check your security settings of your Browser. Example : Internet Explorer , the settings can me made by double clcking on the webpage where the world icon is near botom right corner. Or click on tools at top right corner of page, then select internet options. Also make sure you have most windows media player 10 or 11, or their respected plugins for other apps.
** Check volume settings of your comp. Make sure wave isn't muted and is turned up. Check speaker, slash headset** - Common problems that happen to all at one point in time.
I'm a wargame computer nerd, not technical(I'm Thtoopid). Hope it helped.
