You all were high and mighty and then you play like the fags you've played like in every game (til the 9th inning), only this time even Kim can't blow it, and all of a sudden we don't see you? Amazing. Simply amazing. I can't wait for tonight when the evil empire is hopefully defeated and then Yankee fans can't brag to Met fans because 4 out of 5 will be just as far a memory as 1986. What did you do LATELY? Hopefully, it's lose in Game 7 and choke after wins that usually lead to the team coming out on top steamrolling through the rest of the series. You will go from the guttiest team ever to the most gutless team ever because you couldn't close the deal. Oh God, I hope it happens. That said, if the Yankees win BUT Clemens is hospitalized after getting drilled in the head by a Schilling up and in fastball, and subsequently dies or suffers permanent brain damage as a result, because this pussy finally bats tonight and got to know how it feels, then I'd call it even :) Oh, and Cluster F, who beat those Flyers? One point I would like to make here is the fact that anyone u listen too is bashing the Yankees (ex joe buck and time mcfagget) about thier lack of hitting here. When in fact if you look at the overall stats befor last nights game the Yankees were only batting .177 as a team yet arizona is only batting .196 so couldnt the same be said about them? Going further why not relate this poor hitting to good pitching? I think they are taking away some well deserved credit to the pitchers of both teams. What do they expect anyway... this is the world series where the 2 best teams are playing. I think Arizona is what is wrong with baseball. First of all, they build a strip mall for a baseball field (I'm surprised there isn't an Antie Ems Pretzel Cart at 2nd base) for a bunch of q-tip head old fogeys that couldn't care enough about baseball to sell out a playoff game. Then they assemble a team made up of veterans off of everyone elses teams. Next, you make sure the team is owned by Colengelo, that fag - no one can complain about Steinbrenner after seeing this ass-fuck in action - and just think, I used to like the Suns before i couldn't stand this dickless wonder anymore. Then Hire a dipshit coach, who has the knowledge level of tim mccarver that fucknut. Then get to the world series to host a bunch of contrived, made-for-tv moments complete with fireworks. I'm bitterly dissapointed and the skull bruise for running head first into the wall in dispair will last for weeks but so many other teams go decades without winning one that, to put losing one ONE! world championship really doesn't feel too bad. Some teams can have a two run lead in extra innings and have their first baseman choke. *cough*1918*cough.* Some teams have a lead in the ninth inning of game one in the Bronx only to have a bloated reliever let them down*cough*muts*cough.* It happened to us tonight, but we won last year, years before, and with Steinbrenners $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s we'll win again. But now is not the time. Yankees and their fans will have to take the shots. What's more is that the Yankees gave us such great memories and extended a series that should have ended in five save for their morning miracles. Undoubtedly, the Yankees success has helped this city, if only in a small way, return to a time when we could go outside and know for a fact all was well with the world. And for that, I will always remember the 2001 Yankees. It's still tough to see those replays, what a memorable series nonetheless. Rivera should have thrown to first.
