| O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 00 | Hey francine the regular season will mean a little more than shit if the rangers don't even make the playoffs. The positioning is just the end result, but it's a shit-load of hard work getting through that, and it takes a lot to be tops in the conference. Sure you can say how top seeds haven't fared too well recently, or in the past for that matter (look at the small number of President's Trophy winners who've won the Cup), but to say that a team won it's conference is one hell of an achievement, and the Flyers have everyone else beat in that position at the moment. ...but they still lost 3 times to the Isles ;) (had to get an Isles comment in there somewhere) darthziggy@opieanthony.com Currently a student at Franklin Pierce College. The Flyers having a great regular season will mean shit when once again they are not hoisting the Cup becuase they dont have the top notch goaltender that will win them that cup. | ||||
