Here's a fun little site to play on when work sucks
I QUIT
And here's my results
Dear Boss:
I can't take it any more! Your ape-like management style and mind-blowing lack of sex appeal have forced me to take action. Despite my unbelievable abilities and trend setting time spent in the bathroom you have never promoted me. As of today, I utterly and completely resign from this shrine to ineptness, to pursue a more titillating and personally fulfilling career as a street mime.
This company has been a living hell for me and I will miss very few of my fellow slaves and friends. I want to suggest a makeover. I'll never forget your ugly mug. This has been the utter low point of my career.
Sincerely,
BG

I forgot to tell you guys, I went to see this musical (actually, it's more like a concert) at the Village Theater a couple weeks ago. If you have a chance and are as big of a fan of Janis Joplin as I am, go see it! It's just an amazing simple show. The set consists of just a band (Big Brother & the Holding Company...later the Kozmic Blues Band), a singing Janis, a second Janis who does all of the dialogue (which comes straight from letters to her family and interviews that she has given the press), and an unseen narrator. The 2 Janises interact with each other at different times throughout the show. The songs are of course great, and you gain a lot of insight into the correlation between Janis's life and her songs... of course, I cried, but it was mainly because of how powerful the songs became, they came right from her heart and from her feelings of inadequacy/isolation/not fitting in with society. She was a great bluesman. Another great talent wasted.

Ah, I'm a mean, mean woman
And I don't mean no one man, no good, no.
I'm a mean, mean woman,
I don't mean no one man, no good.
I just treats 'em like I wants to
I never treats 'em, honey like I should.
Oh, Lord, I once had a daddy,
He said he'd give me everything in sight.
Once had a daddy,
Said he'd give me everything in sight.
Yes, he did
So I said, "Honey, I want the sunshine,
You take the stars out of the night.
Come on and give 'em to me, babe, 'cause I want 'em right now."
I ain't the kind of woman
Who'd make your life a bed of ease, ha ha ha ha!
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
I'm not the kind of woman, no,
To make your life a bed of ease.
Yeah, but if you, if you just wanna go out drinkin', honey,
Won't you invite me along please.
Oh, I'll be so good to ya babe, yeah!
Whoa, go on!
I guess I'm just like a turtle
That's hidin' underneath its horny shell.
Whoa, whoa, oh yeah, like a turtle
Hidin' underneath its horny shell.
But you know I'm very well protected -
I know this goddamn life too well.
Oh! Now call me mean, you can call me evil, yeah, yeah,
I've been called much of some things around,
Honey, don't ya know I have!
Whoa, call me mean or call me evil
I've been called much of some things, all things around,
Yeah, but I'm gonna take good care of Janis, yeah,
Honey, ain't no one gonna dog me down.
Alright, yeah.</center>

I had this convo with a friend last week and he thought I was sick. I find nothing wrong with having sex with your cousin, 1st or 21st who cares? Brothers and Sisters ok they're family that come from the same mother. But who cares about cousins? A hot aunt or uncle might even be arguable but I can see that might be wrong but a cousin? Come on that's practically a friend you see at times and nothing more in my mind. I loved my cousin, she was and is a good person. Even if she has become a full time lesbian now... I tried convincing her that I am not a good representative of the male race, sorry guys.
But either way, is it wrong or is it ok? what do you think and have you ever? or would you if you could?

Old Western Movies
A jedge in the West comin from the South
with ruby sideburns, boy -
Always usin flowery languij -
The grim fightin hero's troubles
are always private -
He wants to know where "I fit in"
in herd wars -
Sometimes you see villains so ancient
you saw them in infancy
exaggerating in snow
their mustaches looking older
than yr father's grave -
"Thanks Marshall" - "I reckon" -
- I guess I better run on back
to Whisky Row, Colorada,
& marry an old Tim McCoy Gal
or turn off the tele vision, one -
- You gotta go a long way in the West
to find a good man -
So close the book,
The Courier, run by Steve, is a paper
wearing a sunbonnet.
Drive the cattle thru that silver wall,
help ladies to their hearse,
mouth in the sun,
That oughta do till Mexican Drygulcher
finds Redwing in the Shack
And Kwakiutls menstruate.
Old horses' necks by broken fences,
guns gone rust,
I guess the gang got shot.

| If you could kill 5 people... - Who would they be? |

So...this used to come up a lot when I was younger and more filled with rage and angst. But the question is this:
If you could kill five (5) people and get away with it, who would they be and why would you kill them?
My list:
1) and 2) Daddy Mack and the Mack Daddy from Criss Cross...because little kids who were they're clothes backwards and inspire an entire race of children to do the same have just got to go.
3) Whoever is dating Pamela Anderson at present...just because I would like to think that I might still have a chance
I'll reserve my other two for a chance to trade up and get more kills or for more of an "A List" kill.

So I'm looking at yahoo news for another cut and paste story and I come across this...a slide show of Elmo, the muppet testifying on Capitol Hill in favor of Music Education.
Elmo and Congress. ELMO AT CONGRESS. I'm not the biggest fan or ... truster of the government but shouldn't they at least put on an air of professionalism and seriousness, not have FUCKING MUPPETS. Congress Should Not Be Cutesy. Elmo should be used to make children distracted, clap and joyful and cheerful, not Congressman! Even if you're not important, even if you're just figureheads for big business, the least we should expect is that you can expect like grown men, not clapping when a piece of felt puts on a song and dance for you.
