  Nwatna - Total non-stop action

Not bad for a first effort. I watched tonight (via hotbox of course) and was impressed with their first TV production.

There was a lot of high flying action in the first match and the Royal Rumble style battle royal was interesting as well. Next week should be good, with the lingerie match and the Brian Christopher vs K. Krush.

This is definately better than recent WWE ventures. I definately recommend checking out at least one episode. At only 10 dollars (or free with a descrambler :-D), I don't think that you will be disappointed.

How funny is your family? lol lol lol - Didn't the griffins do this?

Quote:HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - ABC Family has ordered 13 episodes of "My Life as a Sitcom," a half-hour primetime reality series that will premiere in January.
A nationwide search for America's funniest family will be featured in the series, which culminates in the premiere of a scripted sitcom pilot starring the family.

Elsewhere at ABC Family, the weekend portion of the network's kids block will expand to five hours from two hours on both Saturdays and Sundays starting July 6. Two hours of kids programming will continue to air every weekday.

As of July 6, the kids block lineup throughout the week will incorporate such series as the latest incarnation of "Power Rangers," anime adventure series "Beyblade" and three different animated versions of "Spider-Man."

The utter disgust coursing through my veins over this and the awful, annoying buffet people that will be applying to this and will be on TV trying to be "funny." These midwestern rubes who are responsible for the terrible sitcoms on TV, craving the awful predictable jokes that gives some stability and answers to their useless lives.

Imagine the videos coming in. The examples of your "funny" family. Look at the dad with the weird hat! And look at the little brother dressed up all weird. He's pretending to be daddy in the big suit but at the end no matter how wacky they are you know they'll all love each other at the end.

The humor if any in these families will be the psychological abuse they reign on one another. The guilt trips, the denial, That's funny. Have one character being blamed for things he's never even thought about doing--watching it from the outside in will be hysterical to the viewers. Or if they just keep replacing the hideous people in the original family with really attractive people...then again molesting the pre-teen daughter should work too.

And imagine how awful the sitcom pilot is going to be. You have the awful family of horribly boring lame people doing the same jokes we've seen for decades but it's cute because they're real.

However, I can't wait to see the Richard Bey anime show. That just simply can't not rock.

Upper 90's this weekend!

Nothing like a million bennies hitting the shore and turning Friday's GSP traffic into a that of a slugs pace.

I'll apologize to Spit and Brokeneye now. I'm sorry. That feels better, now I won't have that weighing on me every weekend I drive down. See yah at Bar A, DJ's and Pauls!

Where did you have your best meal?

Hard to say if it is THE best,
but the Ryland Inn in Whitehouse NJ is tremendous.
They do a sampler menu with a wine tasting that is fabulous.
Has anyone else been there?

ATLANTA (AP) A 22-month old girl named Miracle survived for up to 10 days on whatever food she could find in a pantry and cabinets after her pregnant mother died in their apartment, police say.

Police responding to a report of a foul odor and a swarm of flies broke down the door over the weekend and found the toddler standing next to her mother's body, which was so decomposed that the woman had to be identified by fingerprints.

An autopsy indicated Lawarna Stevenson, 26, died of from complications of diabetes and high blood pressure.

Miracle was released from the hospital to family members Tuesday after being treated for malnutrition and dehydration.

"This had to have been just gruesome," police spokesman Sgt. John Quigley said. "I hope the kid doesn't have any memory of this."

Quigley said there was evidence the girl scrounged for food.

"She had to have had something to survive for seven to 10 days," he said. "It appeared she'd been in the cabinets looking for food, and there were some soda cans laying around."

The medical examiner said Stevenson had been dead at least five days, but no one reported seeing her for 10 days, and unopened mail in her box was postmarked almost two weeks earlier. On Sunday, neighbors knocked on the door and called police.

Kenneth Spencer, who lived above the family, said he last saw Miracle on Friday through a window. "That child was looking at me, probably asking for help," Spencer told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Stevenson's father, James Stevenson, said his daughter had been ill for a while. He spent time with his granddaughter on Tuesday.

"Now we're just trying to figure out the next step," he said. "I have to take care of my grandchild and get a eulogy together for my daughter."

The girl's father, Wesley Robinson, said his daughter hugged him when he arrived at the hospital Sunday after hearing about the situation on the news.

"It's tragic that I lost the mother of my child, but Miracle is doing fine," he said. "All we can do now is move forward."
