What exactly should and shouldnt be said in a post? What is right and wrong?

I personally don't care what people post. I'm sure you and many others don't think that. But I don't really care. I just can't figure out WHY you post what you do. To continually denounce threads because they are "chat" threads, or because I'm expressing what my mood is or what's in my brain by posting a lunch thread. Is it the greatest content? NO! Of course not. I never said it was. But, is going in there and saying that THIS IS DUMB! good content either? NO!

You can say what you want, where you want, and so can I. I just don't see why every thread has to be gold in your eyes. Why can't people be mindless sometimes. Do I get pissed when you post that shit putting down one of those threads? Yes. Do I ask you to stop? Yes. But only because I don't understand why you do it. Not because I'm a mod and I'm telling you to stop. I'm not doing that at all so please don't think I am. I'm doing it as a member of the board that just doesn't get you. You may not get me either. In fact, I KNOW alot of you don't get me. But at least others have accepted my eccentric posting style.

I'm just really getting sick and tired of

being harrassed by homeless people everywhere I go. I've never appreciated Guiliani's crack down on the homless more. I can't go two blocks without at least one homeless person asking me for change. And if you ignore them, they get INSULTED! "Hey! Hey buddy! I'm talking to you!" Well, fuck you!

ATM's on the street! Not in a nice secure little room at the front of the bank, but in the wall of the bank, right on the street. With a homeless person camped out next to every single one. Yeah, i really like withdrawing money with a homeless person sitting on the ground next to the machine. And it's not like I've got a choice, they're next to EVERY SINGLE MACHINE IN THE CITY!

poeple walking into me. Constantly. This city is a pick-pockets dream. I check my wallet every few steps. I mean, I walk in a perfectly straight line down the center of the sidewalk (footpath, CRX ) and people still walk into me like they didn't see me. Like I'm hard to miss. Don't know how they drive without crashing into each other constantly if this is how they walk. Can't tell you how tempted I am to just start throwing shoulder blocks and knock 'em all on their "arses".

As some of you whom I talk to may know. I been really stressed and pained by work the last year or so. After I lost my business last year, dealing with bankruptcy and then 3 months of unemployment only to be stuck in a dead end job with no pay.

I been contemplating my future the last month or so. i came to the conclusion of possibly going back to college for a second degree. At 23 I still have the luxury of time on my side. I figure with the credits from my second degree which is an Associates I never finished I can get a Backelors in 3 years.

So I was kicking around some ideas about what I should go back for and have several choices. I was wondering what do you guys do and what kind of schooling you all had? Or if you are still a student what you are studying.

At present I am a service manager for a piano corporation. I have a Bachelors in business and accounting. I've held 2 jobs over the last 4 years. The first entailed being "operations manager" in my business, which meant running daily operations as well as marketing and bookeeping. Now I handle a staff of people and all service requests/complaints and crunch numbers for sales and promotions.

i've been noticing that my sarcasm hasn't been going over very well lately, especially with men. whatever happened to those days of witty repartee? conversing with someone where you challege eachother? why must everything be so serious all the time? i need someone i can be silly, intelligent, sarcastic and witty and of course serious with. someone who'll appreciate my sarcastic ways and put me in my place with a good comeback. i'm so tired of guys who get all pissy if i make a smartass remark. i'm a very sarcastic little bitch. i like to play, i love teasing and i crave battles of the mind. why can't I find that?
