  the world series

for the red sox it was 86 years, now if the white sox win it's 88 years since they last won. How long before the cubs win and will anyone care at this point.

You'd think with 2 teams like the astros and white sox they could market this series so well. You have a team that famously threw the series in 1919 and hasn't won in 88 years, run by a latin manager. On the other side you have a team that has never won a world series, so for either team it's a historic win. Each game has been decided by 2 runs or less and you had a 14 inning game last night, yet no one seems to care. MLB I think dropped the ball and hasn't put any interest in this series because no "big name" team was in it, plus you have every sports writer bashing it at the same time as no one cares.

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (PSP)

If you own a PSP and are a GTA fan, you owe it to yourself to buy what is probably the best game available for PSP right now.

It feels nice to be "home" again.

For those not in the know, this game is set in the very same Liberty City from GTA3, but with all new missions and a few updated gameplay elements.

SIRIUS PUTS BOSS ON DIAL

By TIM ARANGO October 25, 2005 -- The Boss is big business.

Sirius Satellite Radio plans to announce today the launch of an around-the-clock Bruce Springsteen channel.

The channel, to be called E Street Radio, will debut Nov. 1 - about two weeks before the release of a highly-anticipated anniversary box set of the album "Born to Run."

The Sirius channel comes following a blockbuster new record deal Springsteen recently signed with SonyBMG's Columbia Records label — the details of which were first reported in The Post.

Springsteen nabbed a multi-year deal that could be worth more than $100...

He's been showing the signs for about a month now and yesterday, about 20 minutes after I got home I put him down to get changed and he walked 4 steps over to me. Needless to say it was a really cool moment.

and I did not laugh a single time.

I've found him humorous at times on the radio show but I really think he totally bombed on stage despite the audience of sycophants who applauded for no apparent reason far too often.
