Quote:Tell you what; Let me know of any pre-Godfather movie that you see is going to be on TV (or any of the cable channels) that you would rank 3 1/2 stars or above. I'll TIVO it and watch it and give you my honest feedback. I'll freely admit if it's a good movie. Though it most likely will not be. The more advanced notice, the better.
OK...
Tonight on TCM:
12:00 - Dark Passage (1947) - IMDB
2:00 - To Have and Have Not (1944) - IMDB
Thursday on TCM:
10:00 PM - Around the World in Eighty Days (1956) - IMDB
Friday on TCM:
9:30 PM - Love Affair (1939) - IMDB
11:00 - Father of the Bride (1950) - IMDB
Friday night/Sat morning on AMC:
2:45 AM - Rosemary's Baby (1968) - IMDB
Saturday on AMC:
11:30 AM - High Noon (1952) - IMDB
Saturday on TCM:
2:00 PM - The 49th Parallel (1941) - IMDB
4:00 - The Bedford Incident (1965) - IMDB
8:00 - The Lady from Shanghai (1947) - IMDB
10:00 - The Big Sleep (1946) - IMDB
12:00 - Double Indemnity (1944) - IMDB
2:00 - The Postman Always Rings Twice (1946) - IMDB
4:00 - Out of the Past (1947) - IMDB
Out of these, I'd say definitely try to catch To Have and Have Not, Rosemary's Baby, High Noon, The 49th Parallel, The Big Sleep, and Double Indemnity.
EDIT: Could an admin fix the typo in the title please? Thanks.

From sting:
Anyone complaining about the show, feel free to go do it at another board. Does that mean you cant have a differing opinion? NO
anyone who complains for the sole purpose of getting attention will be banned.. ZERO TOLERANCE
It's time to get rid of the very few tools that are on this board
I'm sorry the rest of you had to read this.

this happened a few weeks ago, but i forgot to mention it to pretty much anyone.
I get home and my computer is off, which is odd cause I leave it on all the time. So i go to turn it on and before i get to the button, i got a good jolt of static electricity and and the computer turned on. It was amazing. end of story.

Spanish reggae is my first choice. Awful shit.
Modern country is terrible. Nu-metal and bling-bling rap are right there.
But dance music has always been bad, so that's you J-Lo and Beyonce. You suck.

Mine is 140. Beat that motherfuckers!
Also, my health insurance is amazing. I pay zero dollars a month. I have no deductibles. I have no co-pay for visits or for prescriptions. Up to $10k a year covered on dental and up to $1k a year covered on vision.
So basically, In the last two weeks, I've been to five doctors, gotten five prescriptions, immunizations for Africa, and gotten a pair of glasses (which I don't really need), and all of this cost me exactly nothing.

9. The Strokes - Room On Fire
8. Radiohead - The Bends
7. Rushmore (Soundtrack)
6. Cake - Fashion Nugget
5. Phish - The Siket Disc
4. Bjork - Medulla
3. Radiohead - Amnesiac
2. Sigur Ros - Agaetis byrjun
1. Grateful Dead - Dick's Picks Vol. 16
