I wanted to do this thread awhile ago, but I blew it off. Trying not to get upset. But now I can't fucking take it.


Next to my office, there's a bagel shop. I go there for coffee and some yeasty bagel goodness. Everyone that works there is latino. Not sure where they're from, but they all seem to speak ok English.
A few weeks ago (maybe 3 or 4) they got a new girl working there. She seems to speak English ok. Well I was wrong.

This has happened 3 times now. I order a small coffee with milk. Shouldn't be too hard right? HAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Here's her M.O.
She fills a small cup full of coffee, puts the lid on and hands it to me. I hand it back asking for milk in it. She sometimes then puts 3 scoops of sugar in, pours it half full of milk, then coffee. I tell her NO SUGAR. now she's on the third cup, and by then someone else comes over to make it for me. Today, she did the first black cup, then she did the second cup, with half milk, half coffee, no sugar. I then asked her to pour some of it out, and add more coffee (what a fucking mistake). I SWEAR to you, that I've seen a less confused look on a deer caught in the headlights.



Is it really that hard to come to a foreign country and be expected to learn the native language if you're going to be working in a customer service oriented business? I THINK NOT!


So a big fat fucking FU goes out to this dumb twat who can't make a simple cup of coffee.

Yankees got rid of El Duque for reliever Antonio Osuna and a prospect from Montreal. And Colon ended up going to the White Sox instead of the Red Sox. The main thing and only important thing is the Yankees fucked the Red Sox right in the old poop shoot again by doing this trade so the Red Sox would not get Colon.

When Rock comes back do you think he will be a good guy or a heel. If they want him to be a heel have him debut when the WWE is in the New York/Jersey area. He got booed at Summerslam in New York and he got booed at the Anniversary in New York. If he came back anywhere else, he would get cheered.

They could always use this like the Bret Hart angle a few years ago where he was a villain in the U.S but a hero in Canada angle.

This has to be Fox. It's funny how far they are taking these reality shows now.

HEY, tough guy - you think you can beat Mike Tyson?

Well, this might be your chance.

Producers are shopping a reality series in which an average Joe would train for a match against Tyson, the former heavyweight champion who's now better known for chomping on Evander Holyfield's ear.

The show, the brainchild of producer Stu Schreiberg of Triage Entertainment, has drawn interest from several networks - and from Tyson himself.

Schreiberg is reportedly in talks with Tyson's managers to cement a deal, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Triage, by the way, is the outfit behind the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" special that aired last year on CBS.

Tyson, who served three years in prison on a rape conviction, was pummeled last June by Lennox Lewis in Memphis, Tenn.

BOSTON - Surgical teams accidentally leave clamps, sponges and other tools inside about 1,500 patients nationwide each year, according to the biggest study of the problem yet.



The mistakes largely result not from surgeon fatigue, but from the stress arising from emergencies or complications discovered on the operating table, the researchers reported.


It also happens more often to fat patients, simply because there is more room inside them to lose equipment, according to the study.
