Well, what would the Super Bowl be with out the controversy? Granted, last year was a hell of alot more entertaining with motor mouth Shannon Sharpe, but our first peep from New England's camp is quite intresting indeed.
Quote:Belichick keeps media guessing over Brady, Bledsoe
NEW ORLEANS -- Wednesday.
Next question.
Basically, that was the response of head coach Bill Belichick to the inquiring minds who want to know who'll start at quarterback for the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVI.
Bill Belichick was occupied with traveling on Monday, not thinking about his starting QB.
Belichick reiterated time and again during Monday's news conference that he'll "announce" his decision between Tom Brady and Drew Bledsoe on Wednesday -- four days before his underdog Pats meet the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.
"Look, fellas, really, I'm not trying to keep anything from anybody. I'm really not," Belichick told the media. "If I could tell you something and say I'm 100 percent -- I have 100 percent conviction on it and this is the way it is -- I would tell you that. I mean, you can ask the question 50 different ways.
"I'll announce it on Wednesday. That's honestly the best I can do. If I could do it now, I'd do it."
Belichick could be playing the waiting game to force the Rams to prepare for both Brady and Bledsoe. He could be waiting to see just how hobbled Brady is from his sprained left ankle suffered in the second quarter of Sunday's AFC championship game at Pittsburgh. He didn't walk with a limp after arriving in New Orleans.
Or maybe Belichick simply hasn't had time to think about naming a starter since the Patriots stepped off the plane back home late Sunday night after their shocking 24-17 win over the Steelers. In fact, the team met at 8:30 a.m. Monday to get their Super Bowl plans in order.
Still, it's no coincidence that neither Brady nor Bledsoe were available to the media Monday afternoon.
"We've really been scrambling today to get that together," Belichick said. "We traveled to the plane, we flew down, we just got in and that's what we've been doing all day. We got back to New England I'd say around 11 o'clock last night. That's our schedule. We haven't done much of anything other than unpack, re-pack and fly down to New Orleans."
Wide receiver Troy Brown said he had "no idea" who'll be throwing passes his way Sunday. Nor does he care. All he knows is that the ball will be coming from a right-handed quarterback.
"It won't be a distraction," Brown said of the QB question. "It wasn't a distraction when he named Brady the starter (during the regular season), so it's not going to be a distraction now."
Belichick's indecision won't put any added stress on the offense's preparation either. Offensive coordinator Charlie Weis calls the same plays for both quarterbacks, said Brown.
"They have different throwing motions, which is the biggest difference, plus experience," Brown said. "Other than that, the plays have been the same."
Of course, there's always the chance Belichick is playing mind games with the media. Think again, says strong safety Lawyer Milloy.
"I tell you what, week in and week out I don't even know what the game plan is," Milloy said. "If he says he doesn't know who's going to start, believe him."

What do you do when a homeless person asks you for change on the street? I run across several a day, and usually I ignore them but every so often when I am feeling particularly guilty about my white upper-middle class status, I drop a few dimes in their direction.

For this one, i thought the SB would be a much better place for this topic.
Here's the situation: Your girl fell asleep already and you are wound up for some reason. You want to the ole sneak-a-rooni Suprise wake up thrust but alas, she has work in the morning and will get beyond bitchy. So, you scan the chanels and , well, lookee here, I do believe Cinemax has gotten rather smutty at 3am!
Well, this movie is doing a great job of reminding you of that worthless sack of shit laying next to you, but, you are now beyond arroused. You know the hard on guys! The one that if it truely was a bone it would rip right through the skin. So you ever so softly begin the task that will make you smoke a cig and doze off into a peaceful slumber.
The Sport Of It: I am right handed and am not very good with the left. I sleep near the door so now she is pressed up against my arm of choice. Fuck, now what? I keep going man, I have needs, damn it. So now I am trying to get the job done with just spit as a lube and without disturbing her. Every once in a while, in mid stroke, she stirs next to me. FUCK! This is something that is rather dificult too explain over morning coffee.
Needless to say, like the trooper I am, I got the fuckin job done! But I must say, it was outright the most enjoyable spank job ummmmmmm, ever!
So, I pose the question, is it only me or are there other deviants?

how great was that promo video even though it was played to that crappy Kid Rock song?
Did the APA just sound jealous for not being in the nWo?
Billy and Chuck, are they more like Lenny and Lodi or are they the WWF's Ambiguous Gay Dou?
Can Flair and Vince work off each other any better than they did tonight?
And, did you groan when Vinny said he would give him a few days to think it over because that meant no nWo tonight?
Didn't Y2J and Maven put on a pretty good match?
Why did I feel like I was watching OZ when UT had Maven in the corner?
Wasn't it great that Triple H finaly treated Steph like Tony Unger?
Was anyone suprised to see Austin get the win at this point?

I Think I Lost My Headache
Queens Of The Stone Age
You know why
They called and just let it ring
No reply
The door is open I swear
Ain't no use in pickin up
You know why
It's all my head I know
So they tell me so
Until my head explodes
Into my head it goes
Tastes so good
Oh, but I knew it would
Tastes so good
Burn like a match house
Medicate just to make you soft
Love is blind
Catchin the rest me
What the hell were they thinking of
You know why
It's all my head I know
So they tell me so
Until my head explodes
Into my head it goes

Just trying to get a feel for who is rooting for who. Personally, I feel the Rams have a better offense and defense which will allow them take the championship without any problem.
Why do you think the team you pick will win? Post your opinions here.

YOU CAN'T BRING ME DOWN
Suicidal Tendencies
-M.Muir-R.George-
What the hell's going on around here?
First off-let's take it from the start
Straight out-can't change what's in my heart
No one-can tear my beliefs apart, you can't bring me
You ain't-never seen no one like me
Prevail-regardless what the cost might be
Power-flows inside of me, you can't bring me
Never-fall as long as I try
Refuse-to be a part of your lie
Even-if it means I die, you can't bring me
You can't bring me down
Who the hell you calling crazy
You wouldn't know what crazy
was if Charles Manson was eating
fruit loops on your front porch
Time out-let's get something clear
I speak-more truth than you want to hear
Scapegoat-to cover up your fear, you can't bring me
You ain't-never seen so much might
Fight for-what I know is right
What up-you got yourself a fight, you can't bring me
Stand up-we'll all sing along
Together-ain't nothin' as strong
Won't quit-we ain't in the wrong, you can't bring me
You can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down, no!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down, you can't bring me down!
Tell them what's up Rocky!
You can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down, no!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down, you can't bring me down!
So why you trying to bring me
(You can't bring me down-no, no, no, no, no, no)
So why you trying to bring
Well you can't bring me down
Just cause you don't understand what's going on
don't mean it don't make no sense
And just cause you don't like it, don't
mean it ain't no good
And let me tell you something
Before you go taking a walk in my world
you better take a look at the real world
Cause this ain't no Mister Roger's Neighborhood
Can you say "feel like shit?"
Yea maybe sometimes I do feel like shit
I ain't happy 'bout it, but I'd rather feel like shit than be full of shit!
And if I offended you, oh I'm sorry
But maybe you need to be offended
But here's my apology and one more thing...fuck you!
Cause you can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down, no!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down!
Bring me down-you can't bring me down, you can't bring me down!
You can't bring me down!
Suicidal!!!
