so i'm taking the express bus home as usual, and some kid sits next to me. he says hi and i say hi, not really looking at him, then i look at him again to make sure i don't actually know him from somewhere. i guess he took this as a cue to start talking to me more, so the whole ride home he didn't shut up. he asked me a few times if he was bothering me, but what was i going to say, yes? i felt bad, i think he was a little "slow."
one of the things he decides to tell me is that there were fleas in his bed from his cat. why would you tell someone this? the rest of the ride home i was all itchy, and i'm still itchy. i feel so dirty. i think i'm going to take a shower

my friend thinks he's clever and he logs off his windows name so i cant fuck around with things....but he is not aware of how easy the fine folks over at microsoft made it to get around that. so i changed his password. i then left a series of clues around his basement leading to his new password.
yes, i do realize that this isnt very interesting and that yes it does leave me open to all those "wow what an exciting life you lead" comments, but i found it funny. just picturing him finding notes all over the place makes me giggle

Kobe Bryant Accuser Sues, Seeks Monetary Damages
Quote:By Judith Crosson
DENVER (Reuters) - The woman who accuses basketball star Kobe Bryant (news) of rape sued the Los Angeles Laker in federal court on Tuesday for an unspecified amount of monetary damages, raising a question of whether the upcoming criminal trial will take place.
In the lawsuit filed in federal court in Denver, the woman under the name of "Jane Doe" claimed Bryant raped her when she was bent over a chair in his hotel room in a Vail-area resort last year -- a claim that matches the criminal charge against him.
Bryant, 25, who is scheduled to go on trial in criminal court in Eagle, Colorado, later this month, has pleaded not guilty and said the two had consensual sex on June 30, 2003.
In criminal cases a conviction can lead to a prison term, while civil cases result in money being awarded.
"It could well mean that she is going to urge the prosecutor to dismiss the criminal charges," Denver attorney Daniel Recht said.
Krista Flannigan, spokeswoman for Eagle County District Attorney Mark Hurlbert said the civil case will not affect the criminal trial scheduled to start on Aug. 27.
"This does not impact the criminal case at all -- nothing has changed," Flannigan said.
Bryant's criminal attorney Pamela Mackey was not available to comment.
The judge in the criminal case last week expanded a gag order on everyone involved in the case after the accuser's lawyers, John Clune and Lin Wood, said on national television that mistakes by court staff that identified the woman meant that she may need to reconsider testifying at the upcoming criminal trial.
Clune's office said he could not talk about the civil suit because of the gag order.
In the civil lawsuit, the woman who is now 20, claims that when "she was bent over the chair and forced by defendant Bryant to remain in that position, defendant Bryant sexually assaulted and raped plaintiff, by unlawfully and knowingly inflicting sexual intrusion and penetration of her vagina against her will and without her consent."
Usually, crime victims wait until the end of a criminal trial before suing in civil court, unless the statute of limitations is running out. "That's not the case here," attorney and former Denver prosecutor Craig Silverman said.
The civil lawsuit raises the question of whether the criminal case will go forward because it could be used to buttress an argument that the woman was only interested in getting money from the multimillionaire basketball player.
"If there is a trial this would provide team Kobe with additional ammunition with which to cross-examine the accuser," Silverman said
Now we get down to what that girl wanted all along. I fucking hate white people.

Alkey had a great idea....
NAME THIS BLOGGER!!!....
"Since I posted about my issues with self-mutilation, I've had several people contact me about their own problems, and we quietly talked about them. Some of these people are from "real life", and I say that as a distinction that they didn't know me from R&F or my other various online guises.
I think I surprised a lot of people, including myself, that I have cutting tendencies. I mean, I'm a well educated, reasonably well-adjusted person with no history of major mental illness. I do have a somewhat narcissitic personality disorder, and I've had bouts of low self-esteem and what could be termed mild clinical depression, but no where near the levels a "classic" cutting case falls into play.
I'm debating if I should write all about how I and where I cut myself, and why I did it. Part of me really doesn't want to do it, but I also realize that if I do write about it, it will help me come to terms with who I am as a person. I also realize that if I do write about how and what I did, it will probably be one of the most graphic and gutwrenching pieces I've ever done, and I'm not sure I'm prepare to delve back into that part of my psyche."
