The Supreme Court just ruled that random drug tests in schools are to be allowed. The court ruled that schools intrests in ridding their campuses of drugs outweighs an individuals right to privacy.
I'm not sure where I sit on this issue. I do believe schools should be drug free, but I respect the privacy issue. If a person doesn't want to be tested in the workplace, they have the option not to work in a profession that tests. A kid does not have the option not to go to school.
Your thoughts?

During today's WWE Conference Call, the Steve Austin situation was brought to the forefront and addressed by Linda McMahon. Linda stated that Stone Cold is currently on a suspension for his conduct, but didn't go into any more detail than that. She did go on to say that The Rock is splitting time between his film and wrestling careers and will be filming the latest dish on his plate, "Heldorado", later on this summer. In return for allowing him to take time off from his WWE contract, the WWE will be paid a producer's fee from the film company.
Some wrestlers are saying that The Rock was "different" backstage at RAW last week, while others said he was just the same old Rock. He was apparently friendly backstage, and didn't have an ego due to his recent movie success. One wrestler said, "Rock is either the best faker in the business, or he is a genuinely nice guy." Other wrestlers said he avoided some people backstage to stay clear of any political situations.
Many wrestlers backstage believe that the reason Shane McMahon hasn't been present backstage at TV shows recently is because he is unhappy with the current direction of the company. However, it is also believed that he doesn't have the "tools" needed to fix the problem.
Bill Goldberg did not meet with WWE when they were in Atlanta recently and in fact, has not gotten out of his way in the least to set up a meeting.
There is talk that WWE may drop the Hurricane gimmick altogether and instead revert back to the Gregory Helms character since most of the agents hate the gimmick. The precursor may have been Nidia unmasking Hurricane last week. (GENIUS!! fuckin morons seem to purposely wanna kill the WWE)
- Chris Benoit has been training very hard lately, even taking backdrops without any pain. He is pretty much ready to return now except that his stamina in the ring is not yet at 100%.
- Rey Misterio Jr. may not debut for another couple of weeks since Paul Heyman, the man who basically controls the Smackdown! show, wants to debut one new wrestler every few weeks in order that he or she get properly over. Right now that wrestler is Jamie Noble.

Bringing back Hogan was one thing but a few weeks ago Vince re-hired former head writer Vince Russo.
First off I am surprised Hogan hasn't quit cause of this yet.
Russo ditched WWF several years ago to jump to WCW. His story lines were pretty much the nail in the coffin, coupled with his need to be on TV every week.
Russo publically embarassed Hogan in a shoot interview during one of WCW's final PPV's. When he guaranteed "you'll never see that piece of shit on TV again."
Russo was put in with the creative team headed by Stephanie Mcmahon. Didn't take long for the old days to resurface. Russo was demoted in less than 48 hours. He's not even allowed in on the meetings anymore and has threatened to quit already cause he thought he'd have "control". His ideas are supposibly horrendous, (given the direction of wwe lately i'm scared to imagine how bad they are.)
It's also rumored that Stephanie and her b/f HHH played a key role in getting russo demoted.

This has been bothering the shit outta me for years.
Fans at sporting events who do everything BUT watch the designated sport they are attending.
As a boxing fan I notice this the most at boxing matches. Why are you paying sometimes 1,500 or 3,000 to sit in the front row of a fight just so you could talk on your cell phone. But they don't just talk they have to get up and wave to the cameras so the person they are talking to can see them. It's not just boring fights which I might understand but huge fights. I remember the one that stuck out was the recent Gatti Vs. Ward fight which is so far running away with fight of the year. This cock is sitting in the front and getting up every 5 seconds so his vatos at home can see him chillin.
The recent yankees mets series several weeks back. Some cunt was reading a newspaper during the game, what the fuck? It's a beautiful weekend. Your spending the afternoon at the ballpark watching the 2 NY teams compete and your reading the fuckin post?
I wanna strangle these fucks at times.
They are even worse than hecklers at shows.

Good or bad?
Gook players in american sports have never really worked well.
Baseball has finally gotten it right after the "Slope Babe Ruth" Hideki Irabu thing didn't pan out. With players like Ichiro and Sasaki to name a few.
But I think this whole Yao thing will work out as well as the hoopla surrounding Shawn Bradley's enterance into the NBA. Houston was in dire need of a center but does anyone think he'll stand a chance?
I doubt he's the answer to shaq, shaq might possibly be the most unstopable force in the history of basketball as well as its greatest player in the future. But playing over there compared to here. Yeah he's gonna be great in a land filled with small dicked gooks who barely break the 5' 7" mark.

Quote:Scientists Create Mannequin That Sweats
Wed Jun 26,10:18 AM ET
HONG KONG (Reuters) - Hong Kong scientists have created a mannequin so lifelike it even sweats.
"Walter" has been designed to help clothes designers develop more comfortable military clothing, sportswear and even spacesuits.
"It perspires when it gets too hot under the collar," Jintu Fan, one of the model's creators, told Reuters.
Fan, associate professor at the Institute of Textiles and Clothing at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, made the mannequin with research student Yisong Chen.
Filled with pipes containing heated water, Walter has a "body" temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, three layers of custom-built "skin" and motorized limbs.
"The top layer allows water to pass through while the bottom layer is water resistant. The middle layers control the perspiration process by only allowing water to pass through in vapor form," Fan said.
"The skin can even be removed and replaced with skins of different porosity, to evaluate the garment's performance in the face of varying rates of perspiration," Fan said.
Come on I dunno about you but when I am thinking of how far an advanced a society we are. I mean I think of all the technological advances and how hard the world scientists are working. To improve, create, and cure... I think of fuckin sweaty mannequins. Cut a hole in em and sell them as fuck toys why don't ya......... hold on there...

Is it Coors and their STUPID MOTHER FUCKING ANDREW W.K KNOCKOFF "I love..." retardedness?
Or is it Bass Ale and that useless "Let me tell you what I know..." foolishness that serves no point, and apparantly thought that they were making a thought-provoking ad with interesting witicisms. I hate the guy and I hope he dies.
The Conundrum:
Coors owns Bass Ale
